Created a template system for email communications around wellness+ content
Overview
RiteAid is a pharmacy chain and online retailer. As part of a larger organizational transformation, I streamlined email creations and production. Built a template system that could facilitate quick turnaround times, rapidly changing content and required approvals.
Email Campaigns
Email campaigns were the lifeline of RiteAid and their customers during Covid-19. These emails served as the main source of communications around immunizations and health policy updates. Weekly sends required a collaborative effort across content writing, sourcing and production. A template system was built in Figma to easily "plug-in" content for client reviews and approval.
Process Transformation
A redundant and high-touch process for developer hand-off was making it difficult to make agile changes as needed. We proposed an updated process entirely in Figma that would allow for dynamic content updates, easier exporting, and development.
